How do I return or exchange an item?
Returning or Exchanging Items In Store:
You can return or exchange purchases from Millennium Clothing in-store, regardless of whether you made your purchase online or in our store. We will gladly issue a refund within 14 days of the purchase date or process an exchange within 30 days of the purchase date.
You must have a proof of purchase (store receipt, gift receipt, shipping invoice, or packing slip) for all returns and exchanges.
Clearance and sale items are final sale and will not be accepted for a return or exchange.
Exchange items are subject to availability. We will refund your form of payment for the purchase amount if an exchange cannot be made for in store pick-up.
Returns by Mail:
At this time, we do not offer exchanges by mail. You may return your items within 30 days for a refund and re-order your replacement item.
Request an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) within 20 days or receiving your order. Contact us at email@example.com with your return request to obtain an RMA. Your return items must be postmarked within 7 business days after your RMA is issued.
