What is your Return Policy?

Can I return my online order in-store?
Yes. Online orders can be returned or exchange in-store. Please see our Return Policy for more details on how to make an in-store return or exchange.
What if something I ordered becomes out-of-stock before it ships?
We do our best to ship every order complete, but sometimes unexpected stock issues come up. If something you ordered is out of stock at the time of shipping, we’ll remove that item from your order and issue a refund to your original payment method.
What if I never received my order?
If you have not received your order in the estimated delivery time, please do not hesitate to Contact Us.
How can I cancel my order?
If your order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled. Otherwise, please contact customer service immediately to see if cancellation is still an option.
How long will it take to process and ship out my order?
All orders are processed Monday through Friday. Our normal business hours for processing orders are 10:00AM - 7:00PM. Any orders placed outside of these hours on normal business days will be processed the following business day. Orders may take 1-3 business days to be processed. Delivery time will depend on the chosen shipping method.
During a peak or holiday season, it may take us longer to process and ship your order. We appreciate your patience during these peak seasons.
How can I track my order?

What are your shipping rates?

- Standard Shipping (5-8 business days): Order Amount $50.01-$85.00 - $12.95
- Standard Shipping (5-8 business days): Order Amount $85.01-$124.99 - $15.95
What types of payments are acceptable for online purchases?
We accept Millennium Clothing Gift Cards and most major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover). We also partner with PayPal, Shop Pay and more. Please see full options available at checkout.

How do I qualify for free shipping on my online order?
In order to qualify for free shipping, you must place an order that is over $125 before tax and after discounts are applied.
Can I purchase gift cards online?
At this time, we are not selling Millennium Clothing gift cards online. Gift cards are available for purchase in-store only. Gift cards may be used for online purchases.
Do you ship internationally?
At this time, we do not ship internationally.
