In-Store Pickup Policy

Customers shopping online now have the option to pick up their order in-store.  Please review the following policy before choosing in-store pickup.  

Prior to checking out, please add any specific notes to your order that you would like us to be aware of.  In the event you cannot pick up the order you placed, please provide an alternate pickup person in the notes section.

Once you have added your notes and completely checked out, you will get an email confirming your order. A separate email will be sent to you at a later time for when the order is ready for pickup. Typically, your order will be ready within 24 hours from the time of purchase.  We only process and fulfill online orders during our regular business hours.  The window to pick up your order is during our regular business hours.

Millennium Clothing, in efforts to maintain a secure shopping environment, requires you to have your confirmation email with order number and your Photo ID present when picking up your online order.  Additional verification to confirm identity may be required to release an order for pickup. 

If someone else is picking up the order for you, you must note the person's name in the notes section of your order prior to checkout. The alternate person picking up will still need to bring the confirmation email and their Photo ID.  If the alternate pickup person is not mentioned beforehand or does not provide ID, we will contact you in order to ensure we are handing your order off to the correct person.  Until we get a hold of you, we will not release the order for pickup. Additional verification to confirm identity may be required to release an order for pickup. 

If the confirmation email and/or Photo ID is not present at the time of pickup, we will not release the order for pickup.  No exceptions will be made.

Monday - Friday: 10AM - 7PM

Saturday: 10AM - 6PM
