How does the loyalty program work?
Make purchases and complete eligible actions to earn points. Redeem those points for rewards on future purchases.
How do I earn points?
20 points free on signup. 25 bonus points on your birthday and for newsletter signup. 1 point per $1 spent (before any tier multiplier). Additional ways to earn may be added, including Limited-Time Events and Order Boosters.
What rewards can I redeem points for?
% off discounts, $ off discounts, and free shipping. Other rewards may be added in the future.
Do my points expire?
Yes, points expire after 6 months of no earning activity. Stay active by making purchases and redeeming points and they don't expire.
What is the VIP Tier system?
Your tier reflects your total spend during the program period, not lifetime spend. Moving up unlocks a bundle of special, one-time entry rewards and higher points-per-$ multipliers.
How do I move up a Tier?
Your tier is based on how much you've spent from the loyalty program start date. Hit the threshold and you're automatically upgraded.
Bronze: $0–$499 — 1 pt per $1
Silver: $500–$1,999 — 1.5 pts per $1
Gold: $2,000+ — 2 pts per $1
Does my Tier last forever?
No — your current tier status resets on Jan. 15th, 2027.
How do I check my point balance?
Log on to our website and select "Millennium Circle" in your account profile.
Do points apply to clearance or sale items?
Yes.
Can I combine points with other discount codes or promotions?
Currently, you cannot stack two order discounts together. A product discount (ex. clearance items) will combine with one order discount you want to apply to your cart.
What happens to my points if I return an item?
The points earned from the item you returned will be deducted from your current point balance. If you used your points for a reward, your balance can potentially go negative.
How long does it take for points to show up after a purchase?
Typically, points should show up within 24 hours of your order being fulfilled.
Do I earn points on shipping, tax, or gift cards?
No.
Can I gift or transfer my points to someone else?
No.
What happens to my points if the loyalty program changes or ends?
Millennium Clothing reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the loyalty program, including any tiers, earning rates, or reward structures, at any time. Points carry no cash value and are not property of the member. In the event of program termination or material changes that negatively impact your point balance, we'll provide at least 30 days' prior notice by posting an update to our website or emailing you.
